Dr. Christa Cole specializes in medical optometry and contact lenses. Since joining University Eye Specialists in 2016 Dr. Cole has quickly proven her ability to deliver extraordinary patient care.
Dr. Cole finds satisfaction in the problem solving necessary to diagnose and treat medical conditions of the ocular system. She also enjoys the positive impact of finding the right glasses or contact lens prescription. She takes pride in patient education and hopes her patients develop a strong understanding of their conditions. Dr. Cole specializes in complex contact lens fitting, where her attention to detail is reflected in her patient’s outcomes.
While away from the practice, Dr. Cole loves hiking the beautiful Tennessee mountains with her family; a relaxing interest that she developed growing up amongst the hills of Kentucky. She is also quite passionate about her love for music and traveling. The true joy in Dr. Cole’s life is found in her two precious daughters. She is grateful for the opportunity to raise her family while practicing amidst the stunning landscape of east Tennessee – and University Eye Specialists is fortunate to have Dr. Cole’s unique abilities and talents within the group.
