Please know that it is necessary to discontinue contact lens wear for at least two weeks leading up to your LASIK evaluation appointment.
If you are referred by another physician, please let us know when you make your appointment so our physicians can send a report to the referring doctor.
After office hours, our physicians are available for emergencies only. All routine after-hours calls will be returned on the next business day. For prescription refills, please call during normal business hours.
