When making an appointment, please have your personal and health insurance information available.
If you are referred by another physician, please let us know when you make your appointment so our physicians can send a report to the referring doctor.
After office hours, our physicians are available for emergencies only. All routine after-hours calls will be returned on the next business day. For prescription refills, please call during normal business hours.

We offer 24-hour access to emergency eye care to individuals who have sustained trauma to the eye or who are experiencing an eye emergency. Our physicians are on trauma call for UT Medical Center.
